I’m amazed how these have significantly reduced my menopause symptoms. It’s taken about 3 weeks to feel the difference. Particularly noticed virtually no more aches in my joints. My heart palpitations and hot sweats have also greatly reduced. I just feel “well”. Like I did before peri menopause. I highly recommend them. I’m not coming off them ever I don’t think! Ive been taking this for 6 days and although I dont want to jinx it, my hot flushes have practically gone, I dont feel alot calmer in myself and not so anxious and last night I slept for a full 6 hours which I haven’t done for many years. Usually I have 3-4 hours of broken sleep. I just hope this good run continues.
