So glad I bought this supplement!
I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did! I take 2 a day and I love how I feel…more focused, more energy – basically just better all around. I get home from work and I feel that I have more energy and I am sleeping better. I bought it because I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients and it has not disappointed. Definitely buy this!

Chaly Menopause Supplements for Women
Now that I’ve started to show some early signs of perimenopause, I wanted to try a suppliment that would support management of them. So, when I saw this, I wanted to give it a try. The following is a list of pros and cons from my experience with the product.Pros:1) First thing, no weird smell. I have a difficult time taking pills that have an odd scent to them, so I was glad that when I opened the bottle, I wasn’t met with some weird chemical scent.2) You can take it once a day.3) The bottle has 30 days supply.4) I started noticing improvements in my nighttime hot flashes about 2 weeks in.5) My GI system appears to be tolerating it well.6) It’s priced competitively.Cons:1) There’s no way for me to really tell how long it would take for me to get the full benefit of the supplements.Overall, So far, it seems to help with hot flashes at night but haven’t experienced any other therapeutic effects yet. I plan to give it another 2 weeks and if something changes, I’ll update my review.

Looked promising but caused a reaction for me
I was drawn to this supplement by its ingredients: I knew that all & knew they might be helpful.Unfortunately I had an immediate reaction: I got a horrible, itch rash on the back of my neck. I’ve never had anything like that before. I only took one dose & could never bring myself to try another.I gave this product 3 stars, which is really quite generous — but I did that because I have no way of knowing whether the reaction was to this supplement. Other than it went away, eventually, & hasn’t recurred.My symptoms aren’t bad enough to try this supplement again.
