Just the right amount of hardness
I tried a different roller before this one and the other was so hard, my back couldn’t take it. This one is just the right amount of hardness and works great for my needs. I use it for posture and stretching and balance. Less expensive than my brother’s that is “name brand” but I think I like mine better.
