I returned two separate bands. This one by far was in the middle of my price point and delivered on everything it advertised! The connection is consistent and accurate tracking all metrics. Appearance is great. Only downside it comes with two bands that are not silicone. Other than that I’m pleased with the purchase.

Without the extender band, it was too short. Used the extender, and it was extremely too big. I tried to tighten it several ways, but it uses Velcro to secure the straps and the Velcro latches in certain spots. The smallest option was too big and would easily slide off my wrist.

UPDATE: I had a big issue where I had to "unbind" it, but then I couldn't get it to reconnect it. Eventually it worked, but I lost all the information I'd tracked. Eventually, that came back within a day.
When you go into the calendar to see your daily steps, etc, sometimes days disappear. They also come back eventually, but it's an annoying flaw.
Second – It works well enough. I like it so far. The sleep tracking might be off. But I don't care about that. The heart rate tracker seems to be correct about 90-95% of the time.
P.s. I see people wearing the bracelet wrong in review photos – the sensor needs to be touching the inside of your wrist, not the back of it. Just a tip.

Don’t waste your money. This device is not accurate at all. I purchased this because I needed something to track my sleep patterns. I have an Apple Watch but I wanted something more comfortable to wear to bed. After the first night, I knew it wasn’t accurate but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I have given it 1 week. I have worn it 24/7 except for showering. I compared its readings to my watch readings and not only is my sleep incorrect but my activity was way off. I wouldn’t even say it’s worth what I paid for it. The only good thing about this tracker is the battery life is next level!

The bracelet is easy to wear. The app works well and has lots of good info. It would be nice if the strap came in different colors, specifically a brown and a blue strap would really be nice to be able to change to.

I’ve been using this smart health bracelet for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The 24/7 monitoring for heart rate, HRV, and stress is helpful, and the QRing app gives clear insights without any annoying subscription fees. Syncing with my phone has been smooth so far. The sleep tracking is surprisingly accurate, even picking up short daytime naps. I also love the huge variety of sports modes—plenty of options whether I’m walking, doing yoga, or hitting the gym. It’s super lightweight, and the curved design makes it easy to forget I’m wearing it. The battery life is fantastic; I only charge it every month or so. The waterproofing is also a nice bonus for everyday use. My only small complaints are that the app layout takes a little getting used to, and I wish there were more customization options. But for the price and features, this is a very solid fitness tracker alternative. Overall, a great device with excellent battery life and highly useful health features.
