1) Wash hands & sterilize the Cup 2) Fold the Cup in half 3) Insert & twist until it fully opens 4) To remove: wash hands, pinch the base of the cup to break the seal & remove slowly. Dump contents into the toilet & then clean Cup before reinserting.
