Does the mat roll up at the end?
Please put some weight on the end for a moment. After use, fold your mat in half before rolling it up.

How do you clean this mat?
Wipe it with a clean and damp cloth and let it naturally dry after sweating training.

VERY NICE
This is a big, high quality, thick mat. It’s easy to roll up and carry around. I love it and it’s comfortable. Great for at home or gym/class workouts. The only downside is the strap but that’s probably user error on my end. Overall, a great mat.

This isn’t that foam garbage that you sink into, leaving imprints everywhere your heel touches. This is the high tier, high density stuff that your grandma could fall on, and she’d still be fine.This will work for high intensity lunges, burpees, jump squats, clap-pushups, KB swings, slamming your knees against the ground, any job that requires kneeling for long periods of time, yoga… put a few of them together and you could even use it as a jiu-jitsu mat. Yes I can confidently say that you can slam your body against this mat while placed on a cement floor and come out injury-freeAnother great feature: this will not slip on a hardwood floor, no matter how hard you try. Also I tried ripping it by spreading my feet outwards and it’s holding up fine.If you slam kettlebells on this you will likely crack your floor underneath, but it handles everything else very wellI’ve been needing this for years, but I’ve been putting it off for a while because you either spend $300 on some fancy lulu-lime yoga mat, or end up wasting $25 on some garbage and repeating multiple times for multiple years.Anyways, this is the one you want if most of your joints are broken but you still want to workout like a maniac.–10MM 2/5 INCH THICKNESS- made in China if that matters to you. Getting off the couch should matter more

My dog loves it, indeed.
I have a different use. I have wood floors and a very older dog (15yo Aussie) who has stability problems walking on the wood floor – slippage, and such. I use the yoga mat as a pathway for him. It is soft and provides a comfortable, stable path for him to walk on. Works wonderful. Seems well manufactured. (I guess one could use it for doing yoga…)

Nice Mat for Floor Stretching
This was a gift for my daughter who says this is firm, thick, durable, and non-slip. She likes the color and length. She has had it less than a month, but so far, so good!

Meh Quality, Good Length and Slip-Resistance
I haven’t had this for too long, and already it is looking a little rough. However, it seems pretty slip resistant, even if I am in socks, and is plenty long enough for me to plank on (and I am 5’9). It is thick and easy to roll, but the quality is a little lacking.

I like the thickness of the mat as well as the length. The Nonslip feature works well. The mat will be used for Pilates and Yoga. I had to google how to tie the strap (i’m new at this).

This yoga mat has great cushioning for its thickness – (I bought the 6mm mat). A little narrower than I have had before but has very good texture, softness and flexibility. The color is a lovely soft green with contrasting grey on the reverse side. The carry strap included is easy to put on. Great value and a quality product. Highly recommend
