Mix it, use less than you think you should, works well.
Well sealed and in a glass container which I appreciate. Small but mighty face cream. They are not kidding. A little does go a long way. The first ingredient is extra virgin olive oil and as you can see from picture the olive oil dies separate in jar out a bit but it’s easy to stir it and the olive oil incorporates back in. Neutral scent with a light hint of olive oil. This works great in winter on my dry skin. I won’t hand this to my oily skin acne prone teen though. I have sensitive skin and this does not aggravate my skin.

Lush, rich and nourishing Organic skin cream
I love this rich organic face cream with a great list of ingredients! This is a woman owned business with 30 years of experience make safe skin products. As a certified herbalist myself I can tell this is a well made cream. I love that they use quality oils like olive and grape seed and blend lighter oils with heavier. They include skin soothers like Aloe Vera and rose water as well as skin healing power house Comfrey.On my aging skin it feels great as well, nourishing, rich and lush. I live in a very dry climate so this cream feels really like much needed food for my face, neck and hands. I also love supporting a U.S. based small business from Minnesota!

Decent face cream, no over-powering scent
So I may not be the official target market for this, but I’m cursed with ultra sensitive skin which has always made shaving sort of annoying. I’ve been raiding my wife’s various face creams for years, and I’d add this one to the preferred list. Moisturizes quite well and helps with razor burn, a little goes a long way you don’t really need to glob it on, I apply after i get out of the shower for best results and it seems to absorb relatively fast, I don’t feel greasy afterwards, by the time I’m dressed I no longer notice it my face. To me, it smells ‘lemon grassy’ and at any rate it’s not an over powering scent which is also something I prefer.No complaints, this bottle will last a while for my use.

I prefer Organic Meadow’s Morning Rose Face Cream more, but this is still great
This is the second Organic Meadows Herbals face cream that I’ve tried. This one, like all of their products uses 100% USDA certified organic, natural botanical ingredients in their products. No fillers, no stabilizers, no preservatives. For this reason, these moisturizers may feel more oily to some users, however, that does not detract from their performance or efficacy. They just may take a bit longer to absorb. This face cream uses olive oil as it’s carrier oil, but also has coconut oil, aloe vera, grapeseed oil, rose water, beeswax, comfrey leaf, rosemary and palmarosa. Feel free to research these ingredients and all their wonderful skin benefits. I’ll highlight that comfrey leaf is high in allantoin which is an amazing ingredient to soothe and heal my skin when it gets “angry”. This moisturizer goes from cream to oil very quickly on your skin and may not be suitable for oily or acne prone skin. It does take some time to fully absorb but I find the oily feeling dissipates in about 30 minutes. On the positive side, my face feels super soft and supple all the way until bedtime. Other moisturizers I’ve used, do not do that for me. Since my skin can break-out from time to time, I do prefer Organic Meadows Morning Rose face cream to this one. That one uses Argan oil as it’s base instead of olive oil which is noncomedogenic. For now, I’m using the Love Your Face cream as my neck cream instead. It’s so gentle you really can use it anywhere you have dry skin. I’ve had no adverse reaction whatsoever. It does not have any added fragrance which I know can sometimes cause skin irritation for some. Last thing I’ll comment is that I’ve noticed as the weather gets warmer, these all-natural products can turn to liquid in the jar and can spill if you’re not careful. I’ve found they perform better when I keep them in my refrigerator. I just use a beauty spatula to get the amount I need and it literally melts on contact with my skin. I also happen to like the cooling sensation in the morning. If you happen to have one of those mini beauty fridges, this would be the perfect product to store in there.

Old-school moisturizing
I ordered the Organic Meadow Herbals Love Your Face Cream because I wanted a rich moisturizer for winter.The ingredients are unexpectedly simpl, just pure oils (extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil), beeswax, aloe vera, rosewater, and plant extracts. This isn’t what I’m used to seeing in face creams. This is old-school natural skincare focused on pure moisturization.The cream is very rich, heavy, and oily. There’s no added fragrance, just the natural scent of the ingredients. It takes some getting used to when you’re accustomed to lightweight creams.Honestly, this is too heavy for my face. However, it works great for dry body parts like elbows and hands. I wouldn’t recommend this for oily or acne-prone skin.At $25 for 2 oz, the price makes sense for supporting organic small business skincare.

Fantastic Quality Face Cream
I love love loooove this Organic Meadow Herbals Love Your Face Cream! It melts straight into my face and my skin drinks it up. Just a little bit bigger than a pea sized portion covers my face and neck, so I imagine this jar will last me quite a while! The formula is fairly thick and easy to apply. It leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft, and hydrated without any residual greasiness. The ingredients are also super clean, which me and my sensitive skin appreciate! I think it’s a great value for what you get from this small business- I’ll definitely be back for more!

Feels great, smells…not so great
Once you get over the smell of this, it’s actually a nice moisturizer. The fist time I used it I was hit with its pungent smell and didn’t think I would be able to use it again. But I did, and the more my nose got used to the smell, the more tolerable it became. My face does feel more moisturized after using this, but it does make me look a little greasy, nothing a little powder can’t hide though. I’d purchase this again.

This has a great scent, not invasive, very pleasing. Good moisturizer! I would rate it as truly great value for money!
