Don’t waste money on this, find a better brand. The bands aren’t tight. In order to feel any resistance I had to immediately jump to the heaviest resistance band. These bands became loose after one workout. I bought these for at-home PT exercises and I’m telling you, find something else. I just got these last week and am already looking for new ones to replace them.
I’m really happy with this 5-pack of resistance bands! The variety of resistance levels is a huge plus—it makes it easy to switch things up depending on the exercise or how intense I want my workout to be. Whether I’m doing lighter activation work or pushing for something more challenging, there’s a band that fits perfectly. I also love that it comes with a small carrying bag. It makes everything super convenient to keep organized and easy to throw in my gym bag or take with me on the go. Perfect for working out at home, at the gym, or even while traveling. Overall, great quality, versatile, and very convenient—definitely a solid addition to my workout routine!

These are great. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they can roll up and that hurts when you’re trying to stretch. It like digs in a bit. But I’m guessing if you’re not thick in the thighs, it may be ok for you. The size of are exactly the size that I use in PT. They work sufficiently. They are pretty durable.
They are big and the x heavy isn’t heavy . If you have larger thighs and just getting into working out these would be good. If you are on the tiny side and workout frequent I wouldn’t recommend .
I bought these for my daughter after an injury she had. She's an athlete so she's always either doing rehab, physical therapy, or rehab for her sport. We loved these bands with different resistance, and they came in her favorite color purple. They have a large selection of colors that you can get them in. They were so versatile that she could use them with many of the different exercises she needed to do. Very effective. Great quality and she's still using them! When you get them, they come with a cute little bag with a drawstring so you can take them with you to the gym, home, or even when you travel. My daughter took them all the way to Maui and back. Definitely recommend.
